REVIEW: Bastille - From All Sides Tour (Newcastle Arena)

Saturday, 13 December 2025

Seeing Bastille perform live in Newcastle was an experience that will linger in the memory for years to come. The crowd was electric, buzzing with anticipation for both the hits we know and the surprises the band had in store. The highlight, without a doubt, was the debut of a brand-new track called Save My Soul,  proving that Bastille are not just masters of their past catalogue but fearless in pushing forward creatively.

By the time the encore rolled around, the audience was not just cheering—they were fully immersed in the world Bastille had created that night. The Newcastle show was more than a concert; it was a living, breathing testament to the band’s evolution, and that new song promises an exciting chapter ahead for Bastille and their fans alike.

While the new song stole the spotlight, classics like Pompeii and Good Grief reminded everyone why Bastille commands such devotion. The band’s energy never waned, effortlessly blending nostalgia with innovation. Lighting, visuals, and sound were in perfect harmony, each moment feeling intentional, cinematic, unforgettable and one that I won’t forget.
