Lewis Capaldi released his second single 'Pointless' from his highly anticipated album 'Broken by Desire to be Heavenly sent' on December 2nd.
The song to me appears to be like a love letter and is very different from Capaldi's previous singles, which it was about sadness and being heartbroken. This is a love letter that he is telling himself and it's like his inner thoughts of what he feels in the relationship.
The lyric 'i bring her coffee in the morning, she brings me inner peace' really sticks out to me as although this is the start of the song, it's like he is journalling his feelings and it is so relatable.
This song had already caught the attention of Tiktok and is already now a trend thanks to Lewis Capaldi himself.
